We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update any product, story, feature, or service at any time. Descriptions, photographs, and examples shown on our website are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but individual mailings may vary.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.
Subscription Terms
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting customer support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund payments already processed. Any installments already paid for will continue to be mailed to the shipping address on file.
Prepaid Subscriptions
Prepaid subscriptions are paid in advance for a designated story term or collection. Prepaid subscriptions do not automatically renew unless specifically stated during purchase. Customers remain entitled to receive all installments included within the purchased subscription period.
Refund Policy
We want every subscriber to be delighted with their experience.
Refund Guarantee
Customers may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of beginning a subscription, subject to any conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Monthly Subscriptions
After the thirty-day refund period expires, monthly subscription payments already processed are non-refundable. If a subscription is canceled, installments already paid for will continue to be mailed.
Prepaid Subscriptions
After the thirty-day refund period expires, customers may request a prorated refund for up to sixty (60) days from the subscription start date. After sixty (60) days, prepaid subscriptions become non-refundable. Any remaining installments included in the subscription will continue to be mailed according to the normal delivery schedule.

Shipping and Delivery
White Horse Letter Co. currently ships within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to postal service delays, weather, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for mailings delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Mailings
If a mailing is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, please contact us. Where appropriate and subject to availability, White Horse Letter Co. will provide a replacement mailing at no additional cost. We reserve the right to verify claims before issuing replacements.
Intellectual Property
All content created by White Horse Letter Co., including but not limited to stories, letters, illustrations, maps, artwork, graphic designs, photographs, branding, logos, packaging, and inserts and keepsakes, is owned by White Horse Letter Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a subscription grants you a personal, non-commercial right to enjoy the materials provided. No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.
Sharing and Community Guidelines
We love seeing customers share their experience. You may post photographs of your mailings, collections, and unboxing experiences on social media or personal websites. However, you may not:
- Publish complete letters or installments
- Upload substantial portions of story content
- Distribute scans or reproductions of story materials
- Share content in a manner that allows others to read the story without purchasing it
- Post major spoilers intended to reveal key plot developments
Limited excerpts used for commentary, reviews, or discussion are generally permitted.
User Submissions
If you send us reviews, testimonials, comments, suggestions, photographs, or other submissions, you grant White Horse Letter Co. permission to use, reproduce, publish, and display those submissions for promotional and business purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed. You represent that you own or have permission to submit any materials you provide.
Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment processors, or services. White Horse Letter Co. is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
